Stashday

Privacy Policy

Short version: Stashday doesn't collect any data about you. Effective October 8, 2026.

What Stashday stores, and where

Your pay schedule, your funds and their history are stored on your iPhone. If iCloud is turned on for Stashday, they also sync through your own private iCloud database so they appear on your other devices. That database belongs to your Apple Account. We can't see it, and we have no server of our own.

To delete a fund and its history, archive it, then swipe it away in Settings › Archived funds. Deleting the app removes everything stored on that iPhone.

What we collect

Nothing. Stashday has no accounts, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party SDKs. It doesn't connect to your bank. In the App Store's privacy labels this is listed as "Data Not Collected".

Purchases

Stashday Pro is sold through the App Store. Apple handles payment and tells the app only whether Pro is active. We never see your payment details, name or email.

Reminders

Payday and bill reminders are scheduled on your iPhone. They're never sent from a server.

Sharing and export

The share image and the CSV export are created on your iPhone and go only where you send them.

Children

Stashday doesn't collect personal information from anyone, including children.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be posted here with a new effective date.
